How to Use This Site

This website follows web accessibility guidelines and can be fully operated with a keyboard. Below are the site structure and keyboard instructions.

• Press Tab at the top of a page to reveal the "Skip to main content" link, then press Enter to jump past the navigation.
• Press Tab to move to the next link or button, and Shift + Tab to move back.
• Press Enter to follow a link or activate a button.
• For main menu items with a submenu, press Enter to open or close it and Esc to close it and return to the item. On mobile or when zoomed in, press Esc to close the menu.
• A group of tabs is a single stop: use the left and right arrow keys to move between tabs, Enter to select, and Tab to move into the content.
• Auto-playing carousels can be stopped with the "Pause carousel" button, and also pause while keyboard focus is inside them.
• Use the small, medium and large buttons next to the page title to change the text size.
• You can also zoom the page with your browser (Ctrl or Command and the + key).
