Part of the first group of buildings from the Houjou Wine Company era, this facility had been used as the head office in 1922.

The building is given sufficient natural lighting by many windows. The inner and outer walls are all 1-meter thick. Stucco finish makes the walls sturdy and heat-resistant, and the interior is comfortable in all seasons. The arched gate further helps to create a unique space. The building is suitable for educational trainings and smaller exhibitions.

Notes

•Venue rental is calculated by “day;” each day starts from 8:00-22:00; overtime fee in the evening (22:00-8:00 next morning) will be charged at $10,000 per hour (excl. tax).

•The rented area includes indoor venue and 3 meters from the walls (limited to main visual or static advertisement, service counter, ticket booth).

•Electricity is $5.5/kWh (excl. tax), and will be rounded up to the next whole number.

•Other than basic facilities in all buildings, please complete equipment rental form for any equipment needed, which will be charged separately.

•Extra garbage bags at $100/bag (incl. tax) should be purchased for wastes exceeding limit; venue rental fee does not include cleaning fee, tenants must restore the sites to original state after the events. For large events (over 1000 visitors), portable toilets should be installed.

•Venue rental does not come with any parking spaces or discounts; however, lump-settlement for parking fees is available.

After the end of event and exit, deposit will be remitted in time with confirmation that no damages have been done.
