M5B Boiler Room

The building was added during the Monopoly Bureau’s wine factory period in the 1930s and served as the heart of the entire factory. The internal boiler was originally a coal-fired water-tube boiler, later converted to oil firing. The furnace combustion generated heat energy to produce steam, which powered the machinery and was used for various purposes such as heating. Today, the openings and pipes connecting to the chimney are still preserved.
