M5A Liqueur Factory

In 1934, additional buildings were constructed, and both the Monopoly Bureau’s Liquor Factory and the Tobacco & Liquor Corporation Monopoly Bureau used the site for flavored liquor production. “Infusing” refers to using alcohol, brewed wine, or distilled spirits as a base, adding various auxiliary ingredients such as fruits and medicinal materials to create new wines. The interior features a high, pillar-free space with monitor roof designed to facilitate ventilation.
